Lesson Bookings

• • Lessons must be booked in advance by phone or agreed communication method
• • Lesson times are confirmed upon booking and payment
• • We recommend booking lessons regularly to maintain progress

Cancellations by Student

• • 48 hours notice required: Full refund or lesson rescheduling available
• • Less than 48 hours notice: Lesson fee may be charged
• • No-show: Full lesson fee will be charged
• • Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Cancellations by Instructor

• • We will provide as much notice as possible if we need to cancel
• • Full refund or rescheduling will be offered
• • Lessons may be cancelled due to adverse weather or vehicle issues

• • Payment is required at the time of booking or before the lesson
• • We accept cash, bank transfer, or other agreed payment methods
• • Lesson packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase
• • Receipts will be provided upon request for all payments
• • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

As a student, you agree to:

• • Hold a valid provisional or full UK driving licence
• • Bring your driving licence to every lesson
• • Arrive on time for scheduled lessons
• • Inform the instructor of any medical conditions that may affect driving
• • Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during lessons
• • Follow the instructor's guidance and road safety rules
• • Respect the vehicle and keep it clean
• • Provide accurate contact information and inform us of any changes

• • The vehicle is fully insured for driving tuition with approved students
• • Students are covered by our comprehensive insurance during lessons
• • Students may be liable for insurance excess in the event of an accident caused by negligence
• • We carry appropriate professional indemnity insurance

We reserve the right to terminate lessons if:

• • A student is consistently late or misses lessons without notice
• • A student is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• • A student behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully
• • Payment is not received as agreed
• • The student's driving licence becomes invalid

In such cases, any unused lesson fees may be refunded at our discretion.

• • The instructor will advise when you are ready for your driving test
• • Test bookings are the student's responsibility through the DVSA
• • We provide vehicle hire for tests at standard rates
• • Cancellation of test vehicle hire requires 48 hours notice
• • We cannot guarantee test pass rates, but provide comprehensive preparation

• • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
• • We reserve the right to update these terms with reasonable notice
• • Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation first
• • If any term is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply
